Getting traffic to your website is only part of the battle. The second part is to make the most of your visitors!

Have you seen an increase of visitors to your website, but not had an increase in the amount of sales or enquires? If this is the case, your website could require a bit of tweaking, potentially from a design, or even a copy perspective. Perhaps you are finding that a lot of your visitors leave your website before completing the checkout process?
Conversion Monitoring
Do you know what sources are converting the most for you? Perhaps the visitors that your website receive organically are more valuable to you, or from Pay Per Click advertising? By learning what visitors are more valuable to you, potentially you could focus your time and efforts only on the visitors than provide you with a solid return on your investment!
Perhaps you don’t know where your business leads are coming from? If so, tracking can be easily set up, in time we can then assess what traffic sources you are benefiting from and potentially not!
Usability:
By using video capturing tools, I can assess where the issues are with your website and then work with you to rectify these. Common issues with websites tend to be contact forms that are too complex, or a confusing ordering process. What ever the issue, by watching real footage of what your visitors are doing on your website, we will be able to gain an understanding!
Split Testing:
Split-Testing is also a great way of finding out what works best for your website. As an example, we could use two different looking “purchase now” icons, show one to half of your visitors and the alternate to the other. With this information, we could see what is more appealing to visitors and ultimately what helps you get more from your website!
