Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is the term used to help your website appear highly in the Search Results for your targeted Keywords and Keyphrases.

If your website can not be found for the products you sell, or the services you provide.

How Is This Done?

There are two main elements to this, the first is by “optimising” your website – i.e ensuring your targeted keywords are present. The second is by gaining links from other websites to yours. Additional activities such as adding fresh content to your website can also assist.

How Long Does This Take?

How long is a piece of string?! It all depends on the competitiveness of your chosen keywords and how established the websites that are occupying the current Search Results are.

Estimated timescales will be given on a case by case basis, but typically if the aim was for your website to appear for your service in your area (i.e dentist Cardiff), then a few months will typically be enough time to achieve this.

If you are targeting competitive keywords such as “car insurance” or similar, then it will be a long term project, that is likely to take one year or above before you have any real chance of breaking onto the first page of the Search results.

What Will I Get From SEO?

The purpose of the project will be to get you more business from your website. Before we begin, we will decide what you want to achieve, typically this could be enquires or sales.

The first part of the project will be to increase your websites rankings in the Search Results, the second will be try and improve the amount of value you get from your newly increased website visitors. A return on your investment (ROI) is important to you and it is to me as well.

Progress will be monitored and reports will be sent on a monthly basis – in addition to any communication we will have (I’m big on communication!).

How Much Will It Cost?

Depending on your website history and current rankings for your chosen keywords, the time required and associated costs can vary significantly.

• Three ongoing packages, Bronze, Silver & Gold, that are suitable for different levels of competitiveness, with the prices reflecting the amount of time I spend working on your project

Please note I don’t expect you to sign any contracts, or there is no ty in, however during our initial discussions, I will give an estimate of time scales and for your benefit will typically suggest that you work on a 3 month basis.
